Yes, people have troubles understanding consent and rape. Consent is not black and white. Consent is complex and complicated. This shows in Jinx.

That undermines the story and the story does not back this up.

We cannot claim that. Also, if Dan wouldn't have agreed. He couldn't report Jk for sexual harassment. When Jk asked, Dan said no then JK was on the phone and calling someone else. There would be nothing to report.
Dan didn't agree to be abused and humiliated, But we never not seen something so brutal or violent. Jaekyung is rough. He likes rough sex. This story at parts is non-con but, underad what non-con means. There are some consensual elements here. JK never exploit Dan's weakness.
