I re-read: People from all over the world come to celebrate the birthday of Ria's father and Havel is from the group sent by the Praezia country.
Havel is a bastard among the royalties however after (Daddy) thought he killed the royal family of Praezia, he appeared and was praised as the new hope of the fallen country which was Praezia(in this context).
Ria first encountered Havel in the garden after they bumped into each other. Ria then "invited" him(she kinda forced him between us) for some tea. After that Havel learns that Ria is the princess, he treats her like his country's enemy and points his (small lol) sword at her. But(Asisi came and said"Ya ain't doin' this shit with me kid"and smacked him like a badass) she calmed Havel with snacks("You're not yourself when you're hungry... Take a snicker") and that's it.
