MC was always weak and trapped and didn't know what to do...
everyone around him was like monsters, they had everything, money, power and position, and he only had wekileaks... without the ML protecting him, they would have gotten rid of him immediately, (even he realized that)...
and I don't see his actions as wrong, he's just cautious and unable to trust those around him, so I was always with him until he did something really stupid that even he regretted a lot...
When he ran away from ML to his scum cousin...

because of that he lost Taeha's trust completely and was raped by that bastred aeil and a video was filmed of it.. (withe Forcing him to show his enjoyment)
and Aeil got the mega project which is a really huge project and costs a lot.. (instead of the sex video),
and also because of his escape Taeha stopped searching for his mother so he found her dead...
As for Taeha.. there is lying, betrayal, breaking the contract, running away for half a year, giving information to the person whose company was involved in the kidnapping as well, and sleeping with someone else with a video of it (he thought that Hawon did it in exchange for something) that's what he told him, so their relationship goes bad ...
it's true a lot happened between them but at a certain point ML became so caring for the mc
to the point that he went off track and some of his actions and decisions were emotional (giving Aeil 10% of the shares in exchange for telling him about the hawon location....
Because of that, Taeha became the vice president and his brother the president, ...
even their marriage later was very strange because if them broke up , he would take half and if he died, Hawon would inherit everything)..
So from what I see, the real winner is that bastred Aeil, he got everything and became the president of Tex and didn't suffer even a little (I think the writer prefers him ) ..
What I mean is that Taeha changed completely after realizing his love for Hawon and in the side stories you will see that clearly..
