This story is pretty heartwarming. I like how human the characters feel, their fears, emotions, and attachment needs (as well as anxiety) feel relatable.
I love the unique art style, and especially the sex scenes. They feel sensual, super intimate. I appreciate the fact there's not endless sweat and saliva everywhere like in many smut scenes, it's easy on the eyes and you can focus on what going on. A solid 9/10 story, visually and plot wise.
What the ML did really triggered something in me... I've had relationships just like that. A partner who doesn't trust you, who always sees the worst in you, who's possessive and would rather destroy than let go, or put even an ounce of trust in you. Possessiveness only really looks hot and cute in fiction, but the reality of it is incredibly grim, isolating, and even potentially deadly.
So fuck that ML, and fuck him for what he did. He violated the MC emotionally, and even physically. I'd chop off his dick if I was the MC.
