Well, its normal here, but in Korea its more normal, its like a plastic surgery down there, they say it makes the partner fell better(someone even told they usually let people that are on military service do it for free so they would stay)
I know circumcision is common in South korea (as well as many parts of the world) but, if what you said is true that even that is common there, damn...

I wouldn't say that they do it for the partner, its the same as having a big dick, makes u think ur better at it and increase ur self-esteem, but in Korea they just add a ball, not that as much as his(his looks like a prisoner's/mobster's dick), also it's called dick pearls here(its disgusting, so dont search it)
And it aint common, just a bit more. Some people say it's fake that they offer it, others say it's real, i have never seen one before, but as Korea have so many plastic surgeries, it look pretty real.

It just sounds weird to me because I know South Koreans generally value appearances more than anything else, but I guess they prioritize things differently when it comes to sex.
