Yea I think they were in a relationship once but because same sex relationships are taboo in Korea and The fact Ms.Yoon can be harmed and exposed to the public for dating such a big company figure, Kiyeon broke up with her. Just like how Kangha was on an article bc he was seen with Kyuho. Ms.Yoon could’ve been a secretary for Kyuho first before she dated Kiyeon so just because they broke up doesn’t mean she can’t work under Jaeho company anymore. And kyuho knows prob because he’s pretty close with his sister seeing how closely they were talking before her wedding
