Nothing really! That mf Junwoo will get beaten up by Yohan, be hospitalized, and everyone will know he's gay for Taesan. His family will go bankrupt, and he'll skip school. But Taesan still gets bullied by another guy in class. Junwoo comes back, and Taesan's suffering continues with his abuse and shit, and slowly, Taesan will stop appearing in the story.

There are plenty of stories out there with protagonists like Taesan, so having another one about him would just be boring. The author should focus more on Yohan’s perspective instead—that would be way more interesting.

Nah, there ain’t, and he deserved way more screentime to get his own revenge on that Junwoo mf. Wdym by “protagonists like him”? I think you might be misunderstanding because the plot is humane enough to break away from the typical toxic trope. What I’m talking about here is how the author portrays Taesan and Junwoo

I’ve been reading all kinds of manga/manhwa/manhua with every genre for 6 years, and it ain’t about being “kind-hearted” or “virtuous.” It’s about getting bullied and beat up for no reason, which his character shows here, and it still ain’t “typical” just ‘cause you say so.

I don’t think you’ve read the novel yet. Soon you’ll see Yohan and Jun’s dynamic is just as toxic as Junwoo and Taesan’s without the excessive abuse part,the only difference is Jun’s got privileges and Taesan don’t.

You’ve got it wrong. You don’t fully understand the novel. I’ve read it, and you’re the one who doesn’t grasp the differences between the relationships of Taesan-Junwoo and Jun-Yohan

I’m not saying that Yohan and Jun don’t have a toxic relationship, they do. But with Taesan and Junwoo, it’s different. On one side, there’s toxicity, and on the other, there’s rejection and resistance. This triggers or creates discomfort for others to some degree. As for Jun and Yohan, their essence is different. I don’t quite know how to explain it, but they don’t create the same conflicting feelings as Junwoo and Taesan do because Jun and Yohan are alike. I hope you understand.

Where is "most people" coming from? Did you just make it up? Where’s the statistical data to support that? I’m pretty upset because I don’t understand why my comment was partially cut off, and I’m absolutely convinced that you don’t understand how Jun and Taesan’s personalities influence their relationship :)))) The issue isn’t about “less” or “more,” it’s about Jun and Taesan as characters. You still don’t get it, and honestly, I find that funny. Neutral reviewers of the novel, or even its translator, aren’t as narrow-minded as you. I have no idea where you’re pulling this “most people” claim from.
