WOW yk some times ppl complain too much on the 1st couple and only praise the 2nd couple but damn the 2nd couple really is the best the side stories were so great compared to the last ones for the 1st story
it’s understandable why yiyoung would lie bc of kangs and doyeons business relationship but yiyoung should have told kang instantly about doyeon because now it looks like yiyoung is hiding something worse AND is now lying to him.. it’s not yiyoungs fault doyeon is hitting him on him but it is his fault that he is lying about it and making the situation worse considering what’s going on w this relationship w kang. it would have only been kangs issue w his business partner if yiyoung had told him straight up, but now yiyoung is the one at fault here and in the middle of their mess with each other. my boy is just to anxious dawg he didn’t mean it!!!!! now kang is feeling what yiyoung felt when kang said those insensitive things to him! !! karma hoe!
He didn’t lie because of that, he has a better reason. It was still kinda shitty but glad he told him right away even if not everything like the part where Doyeon hit on him.
Thank you for admitting that Yi is wrong this time! A lot try to turn this against Kang for some reason because he asked a question of why Yi is feeling apologetic unless he has something else to feel sorry about.

wait why did he lie then?? i remember in chap 22 yiyoung analyzed kang and doyeon meet up and sensed the tension between the two and that doyeon is a major stockholder w power? over kang. when he realized kang didn’t introduce him as his boyfriend to doyeon unlike he did w his other friend, he decided to proceed w caution about the situation and not tell kang, (bad move allll the way) but in his mind he believed he was doing right so that kang wouldn’t come out about their relationship to doyeon??? idk

I don’t think so(?). I’m talking about the part where Yi told half the truth, he told Kang that he was with Doyeon but just hanging out, but he did not tell Kang how Doyeon was hitting on him.
I made a post and basically Yiyoung didn’t tell Kang that Doyeon hit on him. And Doyeon lied to Yiyoung about Kang not knowing that he’s gay, so Yiyoung did not want to put him to Kang.
But in reality, Yi doesn’t know that Kang already knows because he’s known Doyeon since Doyeon was in high school. This is also why Yiyoung suggests he go alone to pick up drunk Doyeon because Doyeon is at a gay bar.

Maybe it’s cause Kang dated women as well? Not sure. Or simply cause Doyeon manipulated and took advantage of Yi’s kindness, making him think kang doesn’t know.
