I'll be honest, I don't like the side couple.
I've been skipping their chapters because
1. Compared to the main couple, I just find them boring and 2. I'm not a fan of the "young kid grows up and gets together with the crush thats older than him" trope. (Reminder: the uke used to babysit the seme).
No hate to anyone who does like this couple or trope, that's your business. I'm personally just not a fan.
I love jealous/possessive partners but this felt like a complete 180 from the usual Jeongmin.
Or maybe that's just me?
I guess if he's still drunk and bottling up emotions is feasible the 180 for one evening
Agreed. Not saying what he did was right (because it obviously wasn’t), but in general he doesn’t speak up about his feelings. Oftentimes, liquor is considered “liquid courage,” but I see it as “liquid regret” in the sense that people regret doing things or not being fully aware of what’s going on in a drunken state.
Jeongmin got himself totally wasted out of jealousy, so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that he’s still somewhat drunk and doesn’t really understand that what he’s doing is wrong.
On the other hand, wasn’t the red-haired guy (sorry, I forgot his name) drunk when he first had sex with Jeongmin?? He thought it was a dream, but I don’t think it was… Maybe I’m remembering incorrectly. :/
I'm a bit confused too. I want to sit and see what happens because regardless of what went through in the evening I hope they can address the jealousy and the intercourse happening while the other one is asleep and both drunk. Hopefully the author conveys this right because he situation is unnecessarily messy already ( ̄∇ ̄")
Agreed.
Yea, it felt way out of character to me!
