I really like how subtle the changes were drawn for the top from his younger to his older version, I mean it's subtle but I after reading the updates you'll find yourself thinking that something changed with him and he does look older compared to the early chapters. I guess in the early chapters his lower lashes are more prominent while in the update he doesn't , broder shoulders, thicker neck, and the differences in their side profiles when compared to the early chapters and the updated ones. Hahahah just sharing some thoughts I really like the way they draw.
