I agreed with the translator alot but too much shit for the author. I ain't read the other story and don't think I will and it's true they probably did a shit job at that relationship or at least the bdsm part but I don't really see the romanticization here. At least not to the degree the translator was yapping about. If anything this author did better than most in showing the mental struggle of the cycle of being trapped.
