i dont realy think they are karma not only caant karma not use their ability against their partner but theyre also rare to find i think it was more like at rock paper sicors ck ability is more usefull than teleportation since he can kinda cheat at the game also i think there probably are not many karmer in the facilty since it still sems like they dont know the whole thing about karmas but for some reason there are those viallans who semm like they are all karma i wonder if they really found them and how since its weird that they so easily find their partner and both are criminals maybe they have some trick to make someone a karma or find the one and get them to join their side

No, Chapter 0 is the prologue on lezhin not chapter 1. They bypass the season one finale (chapter 31) and replaced that chapter with chapter 32 instead. Which means there is an awful/confusing time skip on the mangago site.
