spoilers below but take it with a grain of salt because i have the memory of a peanut so i might remember stuff wrong:

iirc the reason why dulan is "timing" her death is so that she'll continue this cycle of dying and living again cuz as we all know, dulan is obsessed with her so the last thing he wants is for her to actually find love cuz that would mean he wouldnt be able to "have" her in her next lives. In the next chap or two, raymond was SO close to getting to Karen and saving her but dulan pushed karen out of the window and thats how she died in this life.

In her next 2-3 lives, she decides to end it quickly (via su!c!de) because she just couldn't be bothered to do the same thing all over again, but she got sick of doing it as well. So in her recent life, she decided to start murdering again and happened to meet Raymond again.

Surprisingly, it appears that Raymond has memories of their past lives, starting from the life where karen got pushed off the tower by dulan. It was then revealed that Raymond klled himself shortly after that to follow her and I think thats why he can now remember his memories every time Karen "restarts" her life. Idk if u remember but back when Karen's father was still alive, Karen told him that it seems he didnt truly love his mother since he couldnt follow her to death. That was Karen's definition of true love and Raymond did it with no hesitation even tho he didnt know that.

But like I said, Karen spent her next few lives klling herself immediately so even tho Raymond "restarts" with his memories, he'd always find her dead wouldnt make it in time and would find her dead. And every time he'd off himself to "restart" again. So basically in the next lives, Raymond has been frantically searching for her and would kll himself if he was too late again. It was only when Karen decided to start murdering again that Raymond was finally able to find her alive.

I dont remember what happened next but basically the curse was completely broken and the proof of that was when Karen and Raymond had children THAT DIDNT LOOK LIKE KAREN. This is important because 1) the fact that Karen had children means she would stop respwaning after she dies and 2) the fact that none of her children look like her means none of her children will bear the curse of that living-dying cycle.

From what I’ve read of the spoilers Dulan kills her so that Raymond remembers her. The only way to do that is for her to die if she’s carrying a child and I think she’s carrying Dulan’s (albeit stillborn) child rn. Again to be taken with a grain of salt bc the spoilers are a mess and I can’t believe anything bc there’s a lot of misinformation flying around
