I like the concept and how we discover new aspects of the mc's character as well as how we get more dimensions to all the characters, but there is a lot of jumping around in the plot and explanations that I feel a bit dissatisfied when he ends a fight like did I miss something... not only does it feel rushed but it feels like reading a manga with lost pages.
It's really a shame since I actually feel like all the writing went into creating the characters and forgot to work on the actual plot.
I can see the plot/character building are a slow burn but the stopping mid scenes like the voting tower makes it lacking for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I don't have a problem with his love interest as a person, it's not a problem of power imbalance or an age gap either but the way he viewed her before was as a brat and he was acting as a guardian figure (teacher) so it's a bit weird for me.
I'm still at chapter 53 and she's so far not annoying and no "obvious" romance but just inklings of one and I'll still continue even if they did end up together cause I like his relatable character, a bit iffy on the clone abuse but I'm not gonna sit here and pretend I wouldn't use them in the exact way he did if not even slightly worse.
Btw. I know he's still not showing interest in her but they making her a main cast with a crush on mc kinda gives off a romance in the future feel, so any new readers don't worry about romance... at least until chapter 53.
no romance so far, or maybe I was blind HAHA. @ch 100
w/c I think you've read already
