I would understand it if the dad was not a prick from start and he started being mean after Jinyoo became a shut in.

SPOILERS
A) The uke admitted that it was just an accident of them having messed up heat cycles (plus his fault for being loose mouthed and triggering someone in a state that's a combination of Alcoholism, extreme passion, and zombification)
B) From what I understood it seemed that the uke quit the job by himself.
He used to feel very fulfilled with his job.
When he felt that the relationship with the seme was starting to affect his work he wanted to break up.
Then he started to feel unsatisfied with work and felt he was lacking something which is why he quit.
I didn't see the seme forcing him to do quit, actually what I got from the last pages of the last chapter was that he felt sorry that the uke quit a job he used to enjoy.
The uke explained that he no longer wants the job nor does he feel lacking without it.
That is the way I saw things anyway.
When you're a former research lab intern, everything in this manga triggers you. (I was in the IT department but when you're an intern in vacation times and everywhere is understaffed you adapt to doing everything to get high credentials)
Top 3 things that triggered me:
(Scientifically, I'm not gonna even bother with the rest)
A) Who the heck sends viruses in a bottle that isn't sealed in an air-tight syringe kept in a code sealed containment box especially that it loses it's affect with air, it would be useless once the bottle was opened.
B) Apparently doctor what's his face (the serum inventor) thinks that as long as the virus doesn't affect the animals, it won't affect humans right... when a doctor forgets how to biology.
C) Why didn't he just ingest it orally, wouldn't a blowjob be more efficient if the serum was meant to be taken orally.
I really appreciate the work done by the unloader and the translator for this manga, but I will just get pissed off if I continue reading it.
