I don’t like the ML at all. I tried to like him but the flashbacks just drove it into the ground why he’s not likable for me. The sole determining factor in how he chose to treat the uke in previous time lines was based off whether or not the uke willing sold his body.
It doesn’t matter that ultimately the uke didn’t choose to sell himself, because even if he DID willingly choose to sell his body (bc there are many reasons why this could be the case and is not one’s place to criticize or judge) that does NOT mean he, or anyone else in that industry deserves to be assaulted and subjected to violence... I hate how he chose how to treat the uke based off this factor, it’s fucking disgusting!!
AND it’s such a turn off how quickly the seme becomes violent when he is angry, thats literally the formula to DV. Not to mention he has trust issues and jumps to conclusions so quickly and gets angry before even asking the uke for the truth.
Yes, he’s obsessed with the uke, but at its core he has no respect for the uke at all if he places the uke’s value/worth based on whether he chose to sell himself or not. You’d think that as someone who came from poverty himself, he’d be more openminded and aware behind the circumstances to those sorts of things
Also the ending was ass with how the seme never recovered past life memories to see all the aggression and violence he gave him
