You know.. at first glance Kiyomine seems like a good guy. He spoils Takara (most of the time) and cares for him, yet I can't get rid of this unsatisfied feeling. Like he said with the relationship between Ayako and Takara's dad, it's not a good relationship unless you are both number 1 in each other's heart.
For Kiyomine, his number 1 is Ayako. He'd never forgive Takara and his dad if Ayako got hurt, meaning he'd prefer Takara hurt instead of Ayako.
On top of that, he's always flirting with other women even though he considers Takara his "other half". Besides, did they ever cross the friendship border? This is straightup just bromance and not even shounen ai.
1. i think kiyomine just regards ayako very highly nd has high expectations if a person were to ever be romantically involved with her. he might see kou's attachment to his deceased wife nd his son complex to potentially hurt ayako. this is after all his sister nd the person who saved him from the abuse nd raised him
2. towards the last few chapters, kiyomine says that he sees takara above ayako
3. i think he only flirted with women for the first half of the manga . as for their relationship, its hard to say bc yeah theres no proof but its pretty clear kiyomine ever mentions about women as u further into the book

Well yes and no, even tho there’s no sex its still shounen ai just very, vErY, VERY softcore. While I don’t like, and think Kiyomine’s lack of priority towards Takara was annoying, the author probably did intend for their relationship to be innocent and dependent while still romantic. Ya feel me? And also don’t only hate on my boi Kiyomine, because takara also talked about how he did treasure his dad more, altho I think if he had to he could give up his dad’s no.1 spot and give it to kiyomine more easily than Kiyomine could with Ayako and Takara

They aren't even together so I don't get why he's jealous. Just don't expect anything from the seme in the first place if you don't want to get hurt.
If anything, rather than being hurt he should be doing the same. If you just let him use you like some doll, it puts you in a pitiful position where you're bound to him body and soul. You're in the palm of his hand and there's nothing more frustrating (to me) than being thought of as some replaceable doll.
I mean he does have feelings for him and everything and he knows how he is but still he should and shouldn't be upset (=・ω・=)
