I just look for raws and they had a fight, im not sure but on 99 % ML discovered that the whole "inspiration for novel thing" and the MC said something like "it's not a big deal" etc and ML think MC don't really like him. They both had sad face for the whole chapter and that's

After everything they have been through I honestly wouldn’t consider the novel thing to even be an issue for them at least, I’m not ready for angst T-T
