I wonder if there's a limit on how far the punk records signal can reach. Can she, as a satellite, access it from anywhere no matter the distance?

Imagine killing eachother over land that's going to sink anyway. If you're are going to be that desperate to survive the water wouldn't it be best to try and get on the Red line/Mary Geoise since that is one of the highest land everyone knows? But I guess if people were thinking there wouldn't be chaos.
