the one time i finally check on the update and my fave ship for her is finally here that took so long tho i really thought the plot would start getting serious when they updated to season 2
I really don't feel the vibe. I feel like this will be toxic because of the guy's personality and fl being a pushover who's still head over heels for him. I can't understand if ml has genuine intentions or if he's just playing, using her like he used to.
Idk, if this ever updates and story progresses enough, someone please tell me if it's gotten better or if it really went toxic cos I ain't subscribing.
I mean "novel" not in the boring wordy type of stories where there are more narration and descriptions compared to dialogues and actions. This just seems more well-built compared to others where it's all action and getting stronger and poorly written antagonists and such. This is very well written, the way it describes the breakthroughs of the MC isn't all just flashiness and bad-assery (lol that ain't a word but anyway), it is matched with poetic narrative words in like omniscient/third person's pov and the images that show MC is really pure, genuine, determined, and passionate in expression.
Even minor antagonists have good backgrounds too even if they're just in the slum. The incorporation of auras, divine blessings, and magic is well done. The build up of the mysteries and how it's tying things together rn is really good too.

Yes. From the beginning, he was obvious. He still is in love with her. He may hate her a lil bit for torturing him but till now he did nothing that may brand his as toxic or bad. Her on the other hand is so cruel. I know she has her reasons but still ..... . As for the gurl looks like she is his daughter and her husband didn't like her at all. I think this is her payback in life she tortured the ml only to be punished by a husband that doesn't like her gurl nor really like her
I thought that she really liked him and only left him because of her brother but the fact that she’s attached to her husband is something I don’t understand and your comment is fueling the rage in me! I hope I’m not investing in this to turn out to be a trash work!

yk what they say, when couples are together long enough, they start to resemble each other. Besides, I'm pretty sure FL planned this whole thing bcos of the prince's confession and the colonel realized it either when he left or when the prince asked him that then just decided to play along
