Did their relationship change or is Sagara going to continue sleeping with other people? are they going to keep their agreement on "not interfering" with each other's business? we can infer that Sagara has been in love with Aoi since almost the beginning and that Aoi has finally started to become conscious of his feelings for Sagara, but again, a lot of unresolved issues, because sleeping with other people is a no-no #－.－)

No, I don't think so. Sagara-san truly love Aoi and he won't do something as cruel as this even if Aoi was hard to deal with. Come on ! Sagara said he would do the cooking for Aoi and then he would bring a woman home... I can't believe he is such an asshole.

Read the whole thing again, and pay attention to the rules/dynamics of their relationship. He slept with that woman, as well as other women, I would argue up until the moment Aoi acknowledged his feelings. Yes, Sagara loved Aoi, but he slept with others as a self-defense mechanism against his "unrequited" love for Aoi, and to maintain a dominant/controlling position over Aoi's rebellious nature. He would not capitulate until Aoi fell for him and acknowledged his feelings for him.
