I can't blame the sister. It's called sibling instinct, which I experienced as well. IMHO, no matter how you hate your sibling, there's this feelings about protecting him/her.

It’s not “their” parents. They are Juda’s parents not Juda’s and Ruado’s. A lot of people are getting confused because of that one line but Juda’s meant that he loves Ruado just as if he were his own son(which is Juda). Juda and Ruado are cousins.
