The Director Who Buys Me Dinner
Oh my god i was wondering why i kept getting hit by a sense of deja vu when i saw the art. ITS TEH SAME PESROSN WHO WROTE FULL VOLUME.
It was presented poorly imo. Their personalities felt all over the place because they spoke so awkwardly, it felt like I was reading a teens fanfic. ESP at the end where everyhting conveniently fell into place after their.. horribly embarrasing dialogue. The characters were just so plot controlled. Like they were fighting against fate, for freedom, but are being controlled like puppets, by the author who kept them one step away from being fully fleshed out characters. I don't know how to explain it, because the writing made the entire story feel predictable and unsatisfying. This is the one time the author actually did what the fans wanted.. but theres a reason no one ever actually does that. It's becasue it downgrades the stories complexity highkey fuck you.
