idk if I do it like in a healthy way or not but just search for rubbing on internet , that's how you get there gal. many of us r recommending shower here but you can also just get it wet with your saliva and then rub it. tbh rubbing is a bit harder to do with your hand than just to rub it with some other object so maybe you should do your search on......
