Could the person who knows she got more power is the butler???
Out of all the casts the only person other than fleur that's malicious towards the fl is the butler (from the start to current, even after how much ophelia had changed)
And the og ophe didn't have anyone she could contact so it mightve been an insider on their household, and their family already had a history with dark magic, it's possible he took the previous duchess work and gave it to the og ophe in hopes that she would fail and lose her soul/life in the process
