I was reading this manga, it only had a few chapters and is still ongoing. The uke worked as a s*x worker i suppose and he was a top whereas the seme worked in a host club. I also recommend the anime, 12 Kingdoms. It can be very wordy and boring at certain points, but the worldbuilding is so interesting and the way each character grows and matures is really nice.
