I was hoping her adopted foster family would pop up and her adopted brother would be the ML. I'm not liking the wizard dude. He seems lame (NO NOT THE BLOMD ROYAL BROTHERS!!! NO NO NO!!! I'M TALKING ABOUT Berry's Black Smith Family's brother.... the one shelved as her brother but had to leave them to live in the Castle....OH GOD I SEE WHY I WAS GETTING THUMB DOWNS....) I just wish we got to see more of the blacksmith family because they sound so wholesome compared to the Royal brothers that are jerks. But I wasn't talking about them. I was just hoping they would come into the picture and then Odette would meet the blacksmith guy and, according to barry, her brother's super strong and you know, he would protect Odette and they would be a couple and you know, they would be a happy family. Away from the toxic Royal Brothers. Oh god! I can see why this is you know, confusing

Forget the tea business and forget about the princess or whatever or that Prince guy and that pink haired lady that's acting all helpless but she's actually just bringing down female character Heroes back to the fifties and all that BS. This is all I cared about. I wanted to see her protect her baby brother and develop a relationship with him and for them to be together and to have adventures together and buy toys and run a business and watch him like Blossom under her tutelage and become a powerful wizard or Mage or something something or something because I just want them to just be awesome together. I was getting so frustrated watching him being abused and she's like, oh I guess he's just studying but now she was like, oh no I'm about to snatch the wig off of this witch. And I am living for it.

So are they like father and daughter or is it like he turns savior to love interest? Also like is there like a discovery that she's really his daughter or something? Or is it like a lot of mangas and he ends up marrying her? Which is like he's helping her out but then as she grows up she ends up being his bride? I don't trust mangas

I didn't! But it is a MANGA. Stuff like that pops up out of the blue out of nowhere. Romances in Mangas are always out of left field. So now I don't trust them, whenever there's a father & offspring and one of them isn't killed off. Like if it isn't a romance then which one dies then? The dad, isn't it?

What the hell is this? This is the dumbest move. Oh I'm going to leave you in charge and yet how has she really proven her Worth to do that?. Also like okay, she turned into a little bearded dragon. I have a bearded dragon. Does that mean I'm going to give my bearded dragon my car? Let it drive on the freeway. Because my bearded dragon woke up from a nap?

considering that your bearded dragon isn’t a person that won’t grow to be an adult human who will learn things and learn to come into the position, i think it’d be strange for you to give it your car. She’s a 10 year old child, the perfect age historically for an heir to learn and grow into the position.

that’s how it worked in noble houses, as soon as a child is born, they’re considered an heir. In her case, she was picked because she’s a dragon, the symbol of their house. Inheriting the title doesn’t necessarily mean his other sons are going to be broke or nameless, it just means she’ll be the heir, and whatever their noble title is ( i dont remember exactly if they’re dukes or something else ). My point is, children are labeled heirs all the time in historical context.

That's the thing. Historical fashion Maybe but, I thought we would see her you know, learn and grow and earn that position not just be handed it to her cuz she went through a 5-year coma. The time skip really cheated us on her experiences are even like, a montage of her growing into an adult or something. Or at least a teenager. Instead we're like, she went into a coma, time skip, now she owns everything. It's to abrupt and not very practical. It gives her that Mary Sue Vibe like as if she doesn't have to change and she's perfect the way she is in order to be in control of everything. Then what are we Investing For?

we are going to see her grow, children who are given the title of heir are supposed to learn and grow /with/ the title, if they’re deemed unworthy then it’d be taken away. I mean queen mary of scots was queen since she was a baby, exactly 6 days after her birth everything was given to her the moment her dad died. She grew up learning to be queen, and became queen consort of france at a particularly young age too. Tutankhamun also became king at age 9 and ruled until his death at age 18.

I'm not crazy about the male lead. Sorry for those that think it's cute but I don't. I prefer her to be happy with her family and if she does ever get married, it'd be somebody that she met and just whenever. None of this fated to be married crap. Just her chilling out with her family and maybe healing and doing cool stuff. None of this you know, oh I love you but you know I'm a toxic meal protagonist or whatever and you healed my childhood trauma or whatever. She's not there for you dude. Also her brothers are cool. Does she need to have a male love interest? Just let her have her revenge and dance on the corpses of her enemies

Does that make him obsessive then? Because I'm not sure if that's good also, because it'd be nice to see that he's also trying to be a better person in general. Like he was like, hey I don't want to have these toxic traits so I need to work on myself first, before thinking about dragging another girl into a relationship. I don't know maybe it's just me

It depends where the limit is between totally in love and obsessivel she has him around her little finger, he'll do all is possible to help her revenge, and 7s jealous when others guys are near her. And for me he is cute when he speak of her to his family. ( Even if he's jealous of 2nd and 3rd ml he won't act on it really ).

Okay so I like the chaos sometimes and I sometimes root for the villain when he gains the upper hand and some stuff. So when he was pulling this off I was like, okay okay so let's just throw some detective work going on. Let them use their little cleverness to figure out his scheme but no! No no no no, they too dumb.... they can NO think. Like wtf... You got the baby head Prince here and the Pick Me princess figuring things out without even trying. That was so disappointing. I was almost hoping Dick would get away with his scheme cuz then it would have been like you know different... add some spice or something. But no no no no no no no, we got royal Prince "Goo Goo Gaga head on Chad Body" calling Dick out and "God loves Blonde" princess over here, already uncovering his scheme without even blinking. Like What the hell. I'm going to end up cheering for the villain now

I know right? I thought that would be like, an epilogue or maybe tie up all the loose ends of the story and the plot holes but if it's going to drag, let's get some action going on or some spiciness. Let's add a little Jalapeno in this salsa. The bad guy almost win or let's have dick get away with it in some ways but then gets caught in the end or let's see what happens to the light goddess after she went back to wherever God's go or whatever like is there like a bar for gods or something? Does she get a makeover? I mean like she was tortured for like a long long time in this fiery piss of hell, let's see her get some glow up. A Redemption Ark. Or maybe like have some fun you know doing God stuff. And also like being a dick. If he can't get a w, then let's get him some good old-fashioned you know, let's mess with him. But not it's all like he has a scheme and he almost got away with it but without any effort or even like figuring anything out he gets caught. Like the dude schemed so well and they just called him out of thin air

I wished the main villain was more interesting tho... Although the goddess could have been considered one, she's not exactly the main villain but just another plot point for the characters to get through. The story had a lot of potential, and it served a lot with its wholesome moments but that's it. It was a very fun little silly read just not as interesting as I would have liked.

I get that. Personally, yhe villain got me pretty darn heated if entirely because of his shear audacity. The entitlement with an absolute lack to back it up made me SO freaking mad. The fact that he's not smart but thinks he is makes me mad. Not to mention the entitlement he has toward women, even though he only wants them either for what they can provide him monetarily and/or status-wise; and/or they “belong” to someone else.
I usually base how successful a villain is, in my mind upon their ability to anger me. In that case, in my opinion he's a pretty well done, terrible person.

That's a good point. For me, villains are evaluated on how well they are written or done to cause as much "problems" as possible for the main characters. They're supposed to serve as a big plot point in the story. Villains ARE necessary because they serve as a drive for the main characters to achieve something. They can either be the main crisis or obstruct their goals.
In this scenario/manhwa, the main crisis is the curse of the royal family or basically the main ending of the original novel where ML is unhappy and dies(?). Dick here (don't remember his name lmao sorry) is a character which goal is to obstruct the main mission which is saving ML from being unhappy. The situation is that the guy is actually more of a supporting villain than the main one because he is not the main issue but just another plot point that causes more problems or makes things a LITTLE bit harder for the main characters. If we look back on everything he has done, he basically achieved nothing but being obnoxious and shameless. That's totally fine because he's supposed to be an annoying supporting character.
What is actually tiring me out is the fact that currently, they are making him out to be a role he isn't even playing. We have a whole arc before the curse on how shitty he was in his past and present life. I wish we could have used that and maybe actually promote his role to be something bigger and more influential to the story. However, it's not the case because ultimately, he has served no purpose at all since he couldn't even carry out his revenge plan... With how he even seduced the goddess in her past life was merely just luck and naivety on the goddess' part. Pure luck and nothing else.

I can never forgive you! How could you? You put a thumbs down on my heart wrenching soul bearing comment ? Dramatic pause... actually it's all good. You are so right on this. Yeah I totally like glad you said that because that's perfectly exact what I was trying to say. You're all good. I'm waiting for the BS to be over too. I mean like there was so much potential coming up and I was like, okay this is clever and is at play but oh no! Girl dropped the potato

Saint and the blonde little brother dude that was carrying all those bags of candy to hook up. I think it would make the cutest couple. They're both optimistic and playful and they both love candy and helping people. I mean like seriously, tell me I'm wrong but won't they make a cute couple? I want to be able to see them both like, just be the cutest couple. They're just so adorable with each other. Like two little puppies
This makes as much sense as Agatha All Along series, which is NONE. WHAT??? I
What? Agatha all along makes sense. Watch Loki for example. It builds up the story by leaving things out so then the grand reveal is crazy.
This on the other hand is being dragged on
