only 1-4 chapters are free, the others needs to pay coins to unlock. You can read it using fast pass/free pass something like that or wait for 12 days or more to unlock itself.
There is the fast pass but it's not worth it granted you either have to keep buying every week or end up having to wait 3-5 weeks for one chapter if u stop buying it
Every week (7 days) there is a new chapter on there for free like any other webtoon, this one in particular updates for free every Wednesday
Manga websites like this one usually update once anywhere between 1-4 weeks for a lot of stories, sometimes more, so the consistency of webtoon along with the supporting of author without having to spend money is nice
