Yeah I’ve used nicotine patches once (they gave me in the hospital since I couldn’t go smoke) and it did help with the ‘nicotine’ part but ppl smoke for the act not for the nicotine feeling cuz you dont feel anything from smoking after like the first month so it’s js the act of putting something in your mouth and feeling that burn in your throat
