Hmmm this was quite interesting. Glad that the author gave a warning at the beginning that this is gonna be messed up haha. The complicated relationship dynamics that made it incestuous, the manipulation etc. Damn this story is dark. Short and dark. But atleast the guy ended up with the redhead thank God for that.
I liked most of it except when the seme said he watched him (uke) grow. That just made it weird. He couldn't stay away of his own will and had to be forbidden to contact the kid?!
Ahhhh THAT one point ruined my enjoyment of this. I like older men with younger men (of course when they are in the appropriate age) couples but yeah sometimes the author makes it weird like this.

This brings back memories ╥﹏╥ I love Gintoki as a top more but they are a nice switch couple too. I didn't like reading bottom Gin much back then. But now rereading this I find it so cute! （/TДT)/ Ginhiji got me through hell in my final semester during my Masters. Forever grateful lol.
When I was a raring Gintoki and Hijikata shipper back in my golden days I didn't really like bottom Gin much but rereading this after years lmaooo I can say I am more flexible now.
Why are people so mad about the new artist? I think the art style was good. Of course they'll look different. I do agree ending was a little rushed a d abrupt. But I guess they wanted to finish this real quick after the long hiatus. I am just happy this didn't go unfinished my entire life lol.
