It seems like to me, that she is living in the motions after the death of her boyfriend, still talking to him, avoiding sleeping in the bed, and unfortunately it seems she witnessed his death. Which would make sense why she's saying good luck, because it looks like he was going to an interview, perhaps already depressed, after he decided to take his life (interview must not have worked out), in which she sadly caught a glimpse of his death, regretting what she decided not to say earlier. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ All assumptions though.
