It's a bit more complex than that, but I'd have to agree with you to an extent. Woojin is clearly not just a "seme who clearly wants to look out for" him. Where has he been the whole time when Taemin was alone barely making meets end? Of course, we can't draw perfect conclusions about each character but yeah, I agree with you on your frustration regarding MC's choice to follow the guy who seems to be more fucked-up than Woojin (at the moment). lol

It's called moving, the, plot, forward. It wouldn't be a story without conflict. Either way Taemin isn't a pussy who just sits around remember? He's a brave ass bitch that does what he wants.
I get moving, the, plot, forward, but not expecting people to react to stupidity is pretty impossible, even in a fictional manga. Yes, he is a brave ass bitch, but he's also a weak ass bitch now that he has that small, frail frame. He has to think with his head and remember that he isn't who he once was.
I can agree that it's a little more complex than the quick comment I threw up, but the seme still isn't trying to see him get ganged again and appears to be trying to keep him out of certain frays. That, for me, constitutes looking out for him, however loosely. It's frustrating to watch him walk into a situation with a person who petrified him on sight with a body that can't do what his mind still thinks it can.
In his defense, I can see why his curiosity for his twin's affiliation to the guy "who's at the center of your body's rape" triumphs over his own safety. Seems like he just prioritizes things differently. Besides, if I am to be honest, I would also be like MC who isn't going to necessarily trust one over the other just because the seme is trying to look out for him "loosely" (as you've said) and mainly because the seme is the lesser evil right now. Taemin is prideful, so he'd rather do things on his own as he has always learned to do. For the circumstance, yeah, I think MC is acting stupid, but his actions are pretty rational considering he can only trust himself at the moment. You're right that he has to "remember that he isn't who he once was," however, he can't really change his ways so easily. Easier said then done, eh? Don't worry, though.
