I know others have already replied but I would like to add, that from what I gathered reading the novel, making other family members think of him as a s*xslave was a great excuse as to why he was in such a good physical condition, with no visible wounds inflicted. It made others less suspicious if they saw him by any chance. Plus, seeing as everyone knew Roxana has the power of her beauty and other people do as she wants, no one would question if he has actually been broken and fallen for her charm and s*x appeal so quick.

One of the reasons, I think. But in my case, I'm like just fed off of romance that's why I want something new xD Who made me a princess made me like family-focused story altho it has some side romance (pretty nice tho, the male characters are very attractive)
