I don’t know how to feel about the Prince. After seeing his backstory, I feel like I can’t really trust him. He did all that because her pain amused him? Big red flag. He is a mess. He drank five full bottles of alcohol. Five FULL bottles.
I’m also wondering what’s up with Irene. She made that deal, but for what exactly? I mean, she’s not very good at being an Empress. She’s kinda dumb too. Was she just going to become Empress then take over everything? Why can’t I just read a story where the old protagonist is actually who we thought she was the whole time? Also, what does she think she can even do at this point to win? She has no accomplishments, she’s destroying the eastern area, and she has nothing useful that she’s working for or doing. Even if people thought the prince liked her, they’re not dumb. They wouldn’t vote a baboon balloon when there is someone that has done good, is doing good, and will do good.
i miss stories that actually have logical and meaningful antagonist QuQ;; When the plot is driven by thought plans and character growth.. and not just dragged on misunderstanding and 1D characters that has no business planning world domination << or whatever it is they want to do...

It won't happen, she doesn't want to have anything to do with him but he'll fall for her and start trying to gain her attention especially when she and Lorenzo becomes more of a couple which will piss off Eleanor because both guys no longer have any interest in her.
