It's very common to have misplaced memory or no memory at all when one experiences a traumatic event. I'm guessing we'll get a reveal about it soon. Also, from the way his uncle reacted, I'm guessing he didn't send Little A to the farm? I don't really have any idea as to who, and I doubt it's the doctor considering the fact he wants to take charge over the farm. Maybe the government? Another also, does that mean Uncle A will come back to the farm and have Little A leave? ANOTHER also (that's three also), I wonder what made Uncle A leave the farm in the first place? It didn't seem like he had a positive reaction about it either... and taking his appearance to account — something definitely happened. Could that have been the reason he first left?
If you think about it, his feelings are definitely ingenious. Only reason he's keeping Yun-oh because he feels responsible for him; could also be guilt or maybe he's got some abandonment issues or whatever
