Sadly that's something, that also happened irl. Some people are born autistic or other neurological underdevelopments (and I don't mean the hypoerfunctiining ones). This nephilim Was literally just like them, since a lot of them can't talk properly, but they do understand some things and back in the mideval ages they did similar stuff to people like that. Hundreds of kids got disposed of, bc they were underdeveloped and of no use for their parents :/
