It’s crazy how perspective changes our opinion of characters cuz if this was a villainess story, then we would’ve thought FL is like rashta who’s just a home wrecker to some degree
That’s what I was thinking. If remarried empress was actually in Rastas POV would we actually find fault with Naiver? Would we be on Rastas side?
Rasta is an idiot who is easily manipulated.. but she’s not all bad. Rasta manipulated both the emperor and Allen bc she wanted a better life in high society but her actions, though horrible, mainly have reason.
Rasta is kinda like the blonde girl from your throne.. the blonde girl followed the mc around trying to be like her and wanted to be friends with her while being her rival (though she didn’t know at first).
In rastas POV naiver is a bad scary person because Rasta views herself as someone innocent and she’s been manipulated so ofc she’s gonna think she’s doing nothing wrong. Bc the emperor “loves her”.

I agree to a certain degree. I can sympathize most with Soleia's character than Rashta. Of course knowing her background helps, but the attitude is something else. Soleia for us has never being insolent or anything, she's in fact calm, collected and focused. The way Rashta goes about stuff and her attitude towards other people and the child she left, even as she cares the minimum for him, is so off. Even the way she treats maids or anyone beneath her. She may have a dark story and a sad background, but she became such an arrogant and entitled lil shii. And in this case, Yerenika was working in other to avoid the ml's death or even the child from turning evil. Rashta is only looking at the gold and stomping at everyone in the way. Very sad and pathetic. Understand why, but don't believe in the how, you know?

If you read the novel you might not be sympathising with Rashta. You get stuff from her pov it's infuriating and frustrating to read her thoughts. You also get a bunch of other peoples povs too
I loveeeee how they built up to that yuri is yuri line. A female protagonist is usually fated to be some tool for the ML’s salvation. BUT NOT IN THIS ONE. GET RID OF THESE MEN MELISSA!!!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I dont hate it... but if the title in the covers wasnt in korean, I wouldve 1000% thought this was a chinese manhua. They always write the "evil" characters to be wicked like the step fam
