Like if they wanted it to be BL they could have done that from the star and not rope in readers like me who obviously started reading this manga not expecting an INCEST relationship.
I agree even if other people says that they are not biological father and son the fact that he raised them and treated him as a son is enough to make the "romance" that the author is hinting WEIRD. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE reading BL's. but the reason I started reading the manag was because it was Wholesome and slice of life. So I just really hope the author sticks to the orginal gener of the story. the story at start was literally "papa wolf and the puppy". I loved the way they bonded together.
