So basically I was rereading BL manga's with mind reading abilities and I seem to suddenly remember this one bl where the bottom(?) wakes up one day to see love meters on people or like horny meters and he notices his friend's meter is almost full so like he jacks him off to calm him down. There was also a chapter where there was a molester on the train who's meter was broken and started touching him(?) or a passenger, I honestly forgot.
