The story takes place in a school where there's various superstitious about love, like for example, there's a belief among student that if two lover kiss in the school old warehouse at midnight, they will stay together forever. The female believe in that rumor, and she goes to protest at the principle office when she heard that The old warehouse will be demolished. She met the male lead, who was rumored to be a gangster student, but found out that he's actually the principle.
The story start off like that. If anyone of you who knows of this story please help me out. I want to read it again.

It refers to manga that aims at mature male audience (about 20-30 yo). In contrast shounen’s target are younger boys (10-20). Seinen’s topics and themes, art styles are more on the mature end of the spectrum. I made up the age range based on my understanding but it should be roughly correct.
