It isn't the only way and they say as much (specifically that it isn't uncommon, which means natural birth happens too). It's common even in the real world for mothers of multiples to require a c-section due to complications.
I don't know about you, but most people in my country prefer natural method to a c section. And, well while C section is common even in real world, in omega world it's.... probably the only method that probably don't make reader question their sanity. I know there will probably be natural birth too,( most certainly with female beta or omega) but imagining the baby born from male omega naturally..... okay, I'll stop talking.

Everyone be talking trash about how Dabi become what he is because of Endeavour, but what people forget to think about in Touya’s situation, is what expectation has been placed on him by not only his family, but society.
Remember Bakugou? He wasn’t even a hero’s kid, his parents aren’t anyone famous but he’s got a promising quirk, so everyone around him, especially the teachers and other kids in school, praise him and his quirk so much that he base his self worth on it and even develop complex about it later on. And that was only because his quirk seems to be promising, there’s no proof that his explosion quirk could to be as strong as it is now but people had put so much expectation on that potential.
Now think about Touya, who got an even stronger quirk than his famous hero dad, and was known to everyone As the eldest child of the number 2 hero. Imagine how high and how impossible Society expectation of him would be. It would be at least 10 times worse than Bakugou’s case. Think about how crushed and desperate he would be when he can’t meet those expectation, despite society deeming him as having all the cards in his favour.
The peer pressure alone would have been suffocating.
