Why is it not complete? Even the LN stops after the other lady's in waiting opinion and the next chapter starts with the medical office. IMO that counts as complete. if you have other raws showing more panels I am happy to look for translations of them.
Why I said it is not complete because according to the story the concubine's baby is still in trouble and FL is looking for the way to find his "father" the doctor to help her to have a baby turn around or safely deliver it. That is why in the beginning of the chapter it says PART 1.

Luomen is at the end of the chapter in the inner palace and the other ladys in waiting are wondering that he is her father as she is so quirky and he is not. This is the end of the chapter.
After that starts the chapter Festering Resentment with Maomao being in the Apothecary with the quack and Luomen. Nothing new to the baby known so far. Luomen is the one helping with the birth in the future. That is exactly the jump we also see in the Light Novel.
That the chapter was called part 1 was most likely a mistake by the translator team as they thought it would continue but it does not. It switches places and the story focus shifts after.

Their relationship finished before even started. They are hovering around each other and the story just keeps going on independently beside them. Or not even. Season 2 finished and it is getting boring with the standoffish behaviours of the couple.

She tried too hard to accomplish the 100 % of favourability that she f*cked up many times during the process. Some of her actions were too obviously forced, Eclis would be a total idiot not to notice those were fakes. She had not an ounce of sincerity in her and here are the results. Dishonesty and fake actions brings misfortunes. I cannot feel simpathy. During the progress of the story she became an obnoxious heroine. Honesty towards just one target like Eclis would have brought good results and she even felt hurt by the words of the prince at the dishonest marriage proposal. She did not evolved during the story at all.
