I got some help from another user but this is the synopsis:
guy A is feared by a lot of people but he's not a delinquent and guy B is (I think) a delinquent. guy A somehow bumps into guy B and guy A has a flat face but guy B's version is guy A crying a waterfall. guy B tries to help guy A move his facial muscles by saying whiskey but ended up a rumor going on. guy C wears a mask but actually has a cute face. and that's all i remember of the manga
