There are not "uke" and "seme" labels in the manga, they are both boys in highschool falling in love like boys in highschool would normally do. Also, they don't have sex, it's not a Yaoi it's a Shōnen-ai so, again, the labels don't make a lot of sense in this case, (or at the very least, they don't matter in the context of the story)
