To make things easier I’m just going to refer to them as alpha(A) and omega(O)
I think what happened was is that the O had been taking care of the A since he had awakened and the A has had feelings for the O since they first met, and with the continued exposure to the A’s pheromones it triggered the latent Omega genes in the O’s body. But the O never thought anything of it cause the symptoms of the O’s heat matched those of a common cold, and during one of the A’s ruts “the part where the story started and the O was giving the A his suppressants” and this triggered the O’s instincts and well they had sex and then the O got pregnant

What just happened like it started saying they were in a historical setting then out of now where gas masks and guns from what looked like around the same time period as one of the world wars then there’s gods and something about a dream state???? I am so confused
