I thought it was a mental thing, he didn't want to grow (but he did) so he always saw himself as small, when he accepted that even when he grows up his feelings wont change he saw the real him (a tall guy). But the his bro also sees the same things, maybe another mental thing??? Hahaha. #yaoiLogic (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
