A good critique is one who is unbiased. Personal feelings do not matter, professional knowledge does. I don't mind Gensuke receiving professional criticism bcz that's how he'll improve but that old man is being petty so he might be a great actor but he failed as a critique. Age and experience doesn't allow you to shatter someone's confidence. But I know that Gensuke will prove him wrong and my petty ass would want to rub it on that old man's face.
