The theory of Doha being the only npc kinda makes sense. I've always had this feeling that he was odd and different from the others by the way he acted and his words ever since he appeared. Plus he seems so worried that he'd get left alone in this world, as if he can't get out of here no matter what.
I give it four stars cause I liked it overall. The seme was immature of course but that's what happens when you're still young and have to do things beyond which you can handle at once. I'm just glad the mc was there for him and knew how to snap him back to reality. They needed each other. It's really cute
This manga seems pretty controversial..
I was honestly so disturbed by both characters' background. A child's personality & mental growth really depends on the environment and the people around them. In this case, the characters developed fear/trauma/phobia due to the toxic events they experienced.
It was highly unsettling to read some parts, while other parts made me think "wtf, this doesn't make sense".
But I also learned from this story that we all have pasts that we would not like to share/would like to leave behind, and we can't judge others for being the way they are because of the past.
And that love knows no boundaries.., communication is important. Knowing the other party loves you just as much as you do, is such a relief. By addressing concerns and feelings properly, we realize how we've misjudged some aspects of the other person, and how many exact thoughts we've actually had in common.
It's all fiction tho so of course nobody needs to look too deep into it and yap like I did lmao
Prolly one of the stories where I would understand if someone doesn't like it even though I like it. Cause this is definitely not everyone's usual cup of tea.
From what I've read in the comments, some people feel that the seme's feelings aren't sincere, the author isn't accurate about mysophobia, the story is lacking, their relationship doesn't have a lot of depth and the way they rely on each other like a coping mechanism or something is apparently toxic. Plus the characters' back stories/stuff that happened in their childhood is kinda bad to read about (some underaged sexual acts). But other people find it to be a good read. So people have a lot of different opinions on this. I say you should try cause you never know if you'd end up liking it.
The seme is just 17 like no wonder he's still immature. I kinda like the uke though; even tho he didn't verbally convey his feelings at first, he understood that he needs to be the bigger person and communicate properly. I like it when the ukes address the problem.
And did I read too quickly or is the story just pacing really fast
