2. She did encounter her with some of her classmate and allied with some of them.
3. She's strong at the latest chapter but will eventually get stronger in a way you can't imagine and it's amazing.
4. Technically, the light novel is still ongoing, so I can't back that up. But, knowing Kumo, she might be strong, to the point of ruling the world but might not be able to, due to her personality. She might find it a pain and/or she's shy.
