I read some parts of the novel and the story kinda changed. In the novel, there's no Cloa during the arc with that evil family.

    Yup it sure is different. I personally prefer this. They trimmed a lot of repetitive scenes, brought the plot forward, and added stuff to make the story make sense, or at least make more sense than in the novel.

Hi you asked me about recommended isekai but I'm not sure what you have or haven't read so Empress of Another World and The Reason Why Raeliana had to go to the Duke's Mansion are two of my faves. Empress is complete and Raeliana is still ongoing but just finished season 3. Two other isekai that haven't finished are Ossan Boukensha Kein no Zenkou and Saihate no Paladin (it's so good that I went thru 32 pages of manga lists just to find the name for you). Both of those have calm and kind male protagonists whose stories really fit the definition of "feel good fantasy".
